Our dough is at the heart of everything we do. For our Neapolitan pizzas, the dough is fermented for 24–48 hours. This slow fermentation process allows natural yeast to break down sugars in the flour, making the base airy, light, and easy to digest. Because the yeast consumes the sugars, you don’t feel heavy or bloated after eating. It’s pizza that respects tradition while also being kind to your body.

Our classic Margherita pizza is not only delicious but balanced too—coming in at around 500 calories. It’s made with fresh tomato sauce, garlic, juicy tomatoes, parmesan for gut-friendly bacteria, olive oil for healthy fats, fresh mozzarella, and basil. Combined with our fermented dough, it makes for a wholesome, satisfying meal that doesn’t weigh you down.

Yes, almost all our sauces are made in-house to maintain freshness and flavor. From our Chipotle to Pesto, Rosa to Arabian, each one is crafted by our team daily. The only exception is our barbecue sauce, which is store-bought, but even our ketchup is prepared in-house. This ensures every pizza carries our unique touch of authenticity and consistency.

We like to keep the experience interactive. Alongside our pizzas, we serve condiments like chili oil and garlic oil, allowing guests to adjust flavor and spice to their liking. These little touches let you personalize your slice, creating a balance that suits your taste buds best.

The Chipotle pizza is one of our all-time bestsellers. It’s designed to match the Indian palate-slightly spicy, tangy, and loaded with flavor. Topped with crunchy onions, spicy chipotle
sauce, and jalapeños, it has a bold kick that people keep coming back for. For those who prefer simplicity, the Margherita is another crowd favorite, embodying classic Italian comfort.

Yes, a few! Our Lemoncello Pizza is particularly unique—it combines parmesan, cheddar, and mozzarella with lemon juice for citrusy brightness, balanced with chili oil, chili flakes, and parsley
for a tangy-spicy finish. Then there’s our Tartufo Bianco Pizza, a dream for mushroom lovers. With truffle oil, fresh mushrooms, three cheeses, and peppery arugula, it’s indulgent yet refined.

Because each has its own personality. Neapolitan pizzas are cooked at 600°C in just 90 seconds, leaving the center soft and slightly sloppy, with airy, puffy crusts full of character. Roman pizzas, on the other hand, are cooked at lower temperatures (350–400°C) for 4–5
minutes, giving them a thin, crisp texture. Both styles are authentic and true to their origins, giving our guests two distinct experiences under one roof.

While pizza is often thought of as indulgent, we take pride in making ours wholesome. The long
fermentation of our dough makes it gut-friendly, our sauces are house-made without
